What can I brush my pet’s teeth with?

To brush your pet’s teeth, you will need the right tools. First of all, choose a specialist toothbrush or an ordinary children’s soft bristle toothbrush. Ideally pets should have their teeth cleaned daily but this may be impractical for some people, so we suggest that you aim to do it at least once a week to help reduce the build-up of plaque and tartar, the main culprits of tooth decay. However, if this isn’t possible as often as possible is better than neglecting your pet’s dental care altogether.
