Ordering Info & Delivery Schedule
For Postal Orders:
Postal Orders are for Non-frozen items only. This is a 48hr postal service from when the parcel is collected from us, same day collection is not available to us, and we are usually able to choose a collection date for the following day, but it is not guaranteed we will always be given that option by the Post Office. As we are Closed on a Monday, orders which come in on a Friday will not be collected from us until Tuesday the following week.
For Collection Orders:
Please note, for website collection orders, if you are unable to collect within 2 days please let us know the date of collection in the customer notes section during checkout.
For Delivery Orders:
IMPORTANT: Deadlines for orders to reach us by:
* if your delivery day is a Tuesday, your deadline is end of day on the Friday prior to your scheduled delivery day
* if your delivery day is a Friday, the deadline is end of day on the Monday of that week
Delivery schedules are formulated on the Monday morning and cannot be altered once delivery timeslot notifications have been sent out, register for email notifications to receive an email reminder.
4-wkly Run delivery charge is £7.50 per drop.
2-wkly Local run within 20 mile radius of our business address is £4.50 per drop
Weekly Local within a 5 mile radius of our business address is £2.00 per drop

To the right is the schedule with the days we plan to do the runs on, but these may occasionally need to be changed or delayed.
All orders are picked when received, if sales crossover between shop and website and we are out of stock of any items, we will email and request you choose substitutes up to the same cost.
If you need to add to your order, please send a separate order, and let us know in the Customer Note section that the order is to be added to your existing delivery order, paying duplicate delivery charges can be avoided by sending a Collection order .
All dates are subject to change if need be. We will give as much notice as possible in-case alternative arrangements need to be made.
Please check which delivery run you would be on from the Area Postcodes listed, as where we have needed to re-organise runs and create new runs, some places are now on a different run to the one you would think they would be on; if you’re not sure, please contact us and ask.
If you are outside of our area by a small amount, do contact us, as if we can easily fit you onto a run and it’s not too far, we will.
IMPORTANT: If you cannot be there, we are happy to put your order in an outside freezer for you, or leave in a specific place, but this must be requested in an email or the Customer Notes section of your order to enable us to do it, and must be quickly and easily done as only 5 minutes is allowed per drop.
We have Polybox’s which can be supplied upon request and left with your order in, to be returned next run or kept and put out each time you have a delivery, if these are not requested then orders are not left in packaging that will maintain temperatures but will generally stay frozen for a good while.
We must be notified of discrepencies within 24hrs. via Email with full details
Any problems with purchases we must be notified within 24 hours via email to be able to help.
For Non-Frozen products it must be unopened, undamaged and in date to be returned for a full refund.
For Frozen products we can only accept products in clear packaging, where we are able to examine them, can see they have remained frozen and can only take back complete and undamaged products.
