2 Protein Minces Ingredients

Rabbit + Pork: A mix or Rabbit (which contains offal) with Pork 50% Rabbit 45% Pork 5% mix of mixed offal
Mixed Meat + Turkey: Lamb, Beef and pork make up the 80% meat, in ratios of 20% lamb, 20% pork, 30% beef 10% turkey meat 10% turkey bone 5% either pig, lamb or ox liver 5% either pig testicle,ox kidney or ox spleen. We use 30% heart, 20% meat, 20% lung in this mix as well as the 10% offal and 20% turkey
Meaty Lamb + Duck: A mix of lamb breast 30%, lamb heart 20%, lamb lung 20%, duck meat 10%, duck bone 10%, lamb liver 5%, lamb testicles 5%. All locally sourced.
Veal with Duck Neck: 80% meat, comprising of 75% veal meat, 5% duck meat 10% bone, from duck neck 5% ox liver, 5% ox kidney or spleen.
Ox + Duck: 80% meat, made up from 15% tongue, 15% heart, 20% neck trim, 20% lung, 10% duck meat,10% duck bone 5% ox liver 5% ox kidney or ox spleen

Pork + Duck: 80% meat, made up of 15% pig heart, 15% pig tongue, 20% boar or pork meat, 20% lung, 10% duck meat 10% duck bone, 5% pigs liver, 5% pigs testicle,
Pork + Chicken: 80% meat, made up of 15% pig heart, 15% pig tongue, 20% boar /pork meat 20% lung 10% chicken meat 10% chicken bone 5% pig liver, 5% pigs testicle.

Salmon + Turkey: salmon, turkey
